Wheel of Life Assessment
The idea is simple: by looking at each section of the wheel, you can clearly see where you’re thriving and where there’s room for improvement.
The Wheel of Life is important because it highlights where you need balance in your life. Often, we don’t realize how much time and energy we invest in certain areas at the expense of others. By identifying which parts of your life are thriving and which need attention, you can take intentional steps toward creating a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Step 1
Scaling Question (Mandatory): For each life area, read the description of the scale and choose where you currently feel you are by selecting a number.
Step 2
Future State (Mandatory): Identify where you would like to be on the scale and describe what that would look like for you.
Step 3
Deep Reflection (Optional): If you’d like to explore further, there are reflection questions for each area. You can skip these if you prefer to keep it brief.
