A 6-Day Live Virtual Retreat to Reset Your Identity, Habits, and Systems

The Transformation System is a live, guided 6-day virtual retreat designed to help you move from drift to alignment. Across six consecutive sessions, you will work through Growth Lab’s Identity Operating System: Mindset, Habits, and Systems.

This is not a passive webinar. You will complete practical exercises during each session and leave with a clear 90-day blueprint you can use immediately.

How the Retreat Works

  • 6 live sessions via Zoom

  • Approximately 75 minutes per session

  • Guided workbook exercises during each session

  • Small-group reflection, practical coaching, and clear daily outputs

6-Day Program Agenda

Day 1: Identity Reset

Phase: Mindset. You begin by identifying where life has drifted away from what matters. You will complete the Drift Audit, clarify your core values, explore values conflicts, and set your baseline using the Growth Lab Transformation Score.

Day 2: Rewire Your Beliefs

Phase: Mindset. You will examine the beliefs shaping your actions, run them through an evidence test, reframe limiting beliefs, and write your 90-day identity statement.

Day 3: The Identity Commit

Phase: Habits. You will map the habit loops behind your current behaviours, design three identity-based keystone habits, and complete The Identity Commit with an accountability partner.

Day 4: Habit Architecture

Phase: Habits. You will make good habits easier and bad habits harder by using friction design, environment redesign, two-minute habit substitutes, and a simple 30-day habit scorecard.

Day 5: Build Your Systems

Phase: Systems. You will map your energy, complete a brain dump, remove low-value commitments, identify your non-negotiables, and explore how simple AI-supported systems can help you protect time and focus.

Day 6: Your 90-Day Blueprint

Phase: Integration. You will bring everything together into your 90-day identity blueprint, retake the Growth Lab Transformation Score, write your sealed letter to your future self, and leave with a clear commitment for the next 90 days.
