Welcome to The May Habit Challenge | Strength + Sleep Edition
This month, we're building two things that compound: physical strength and sleep quality.
The Challenge:
• 15 minutes of strength work each day (bodyweight, dumbbells, or resistance, whatever you have)
• One sleep discipline commitment: 10pm bedtime, no screens after 9pm, or 7+ hours tracked
• Track daily in the 1% Better Community
• Share wins, struggles, and progress
Why This Matters:
Strength and sleep are the foundation. When you move with intention and rest deeply, everything else gets easier. This month is about proving to yourself that consistency beats perfection.
How to Participate:
1. Register for this event
2. Join the 1% Better Community group
3. Show up for 15 minutes of strength each day
4. Commit to your sleep discipline
5. Check in daily in the community, even a simple "done" counts
6. Celebrate the small wins
What "Done" Looks Like:
• 10 pushups and a walk = done • 15 min YouTube strength video = done • Bodyweight circuit in your living room = done • In bed by 10pm = done • 7 hours of sleep tracked = done Simple counts. Consistency wins.
