This month we train together as a community, focusing on simple, powerful habits that build strength, resilience, and momentum.

Three core focuses:

✔ Daily movement

✔ Weekly challenge workout

✔ Weekly cold exposure


Challenging. Scalable. Achievable.


🔥 Daily Movement

Weekdays (Mon–Fri):


Complete the assigned movement of the day.

• Squats

• Pushups

• Running or walking

• Pullups or rows


Training volume increases progressively across the month to build strength and capacity.


Scaled to your ability.

Vest or no vest.

All progress counts.


💪 Weekly Community Workout (Saturday)

Each Saturday we complete a longer challenge workout together.

Fully scalable to your level.

Move well. Pace yourself. Finish proud.


🧘 Sunday Reset

Recovery, mobility, or light movement.

Because progress also comes from rest.


❄ Weekly Cold Exposure

Minimum: once per week.

• Cold shower

• Ocean or pool

• Ice bath


Any cold exposure counts.

Consistency matters more than intensity.
