This month’s challenge focuses on a simple but powerful idea:

showing up for yourself.


Not perfectly.

Not intensely.

Just consistently.


Each day is an opportunity to improve 1%.


Small daily actions create meaningful change over time.


We are not aiming for dramatic change.

We are building sustainable progress.


April Focus

Each day aim to:

✔ Move your body

✔ Do one small act of self-care


Self-care looks different for everyone.


It might be:

• getting outside

• stretching

• journaling

• reading

• going to bed earlier

• taking a proper break

• drinking enough water

• saying no to something draining

• doing something that gives you energy

• having quiet time without your phone


There is no perfect version.


The important thing is choosing something that supports your wellbeing.


How the Challenge Works

Each day:

Do your exercise

Do one small thing for self-care


Tick both boxes on the tracker to count the day as showing up for yourself.

Simple counts.

Imperfect counts.

Showing up counts.


Missed days don’t disqualify you.


Consistency beats intensity.


This challenge is about improving 1% each day.
